Influencer Campaign Manager

This is a six month contract position with a goal of full time employee conversion. We’re looking for someone dialed into the content creator economy with experience project managing influencer campaigns for global brands to join our team. In this role you will support our current client contracts as our lead PMs take on additional responsibilities for a short term scaled support request for a major global event happening this summer.      

As a Campaign Manager on the Anchor team, you are already familiar with the influencer industry and will be responsible for strategizing influencer campaign creative concepts and bringing them through to completion. You will produce well-managed, successful campaigns, leading insights research, strategy, creator casting, ID vetting, campaign management, performance analysis and reporting. You will be client facing, building relationships with client POCs and project managing campaigns for the internal Anchor support team.  This position is for a creative, detail-oriented person with an eagerness to build innovative influencer partnerships for global brands. 

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in influencer marketing or social media campaign management

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically influencer campaign management for global brands with strong results 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently direct a team and manage client relationships 

  • Knowledge of social space and the influencers driving trends and conversations across social platforms (up-and-coming and established)

  • Demonstrated success in securing micro to macro influencers and ideally celebrity talent for campaigns at scale

  • Ability to concept and design creative social campaigns that feel relevant and fresh with a strong eye for compelling, shareable content

  • Self-disciplined, strong attention to detail and comfortable working remotely 

  • Love agency pace of life - ability to juggle multiple clients, campaigns and partners is a must

  • Globally minded viewpoint and a passion for highlighting stories and experiences from different communities

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate performance into client recaps alongside clear, data-driven trends and learnings 

  • Tapped into trending topics and pop culture conversation to stay ahead of broader social media and influencer trends, such as memes, conversations, movements or formats, considering the applicability to our client work.

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and be eager to learn and support to execute projects with the mindset of no task is too small; be willing to roll up sleeves and get things done

  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides)

Responsibilities

  • Concept and lead influencer campaigns that deliver on client KPIs and deadlines while keeping creativity, influencer authenticity, social optimization and relationships top of mind. 

  • Manage an internal team across all steps of the campaign process: insights, strategy, influencer brief, influencer identification, vetting, outreach, budget negotiations, contract execution, project management, briefing calls, content review and approvals, social monitoring, performance data collection, analysis and reporting.

  • Maintain strong client relationships with proactive project management: confidently and accurately pitch clients on campaign ideas and keep them informed during the entire campaign life cycle with clear, full context updates and data-backed recommendations.

  • Communicate with influencer partners and their management teams with an emphasis on protecting creator-led content and growing the relationship outside of that activation moment.

  • Keep all internal project trackers, influencer lists and other client facing materials updated real time to reflect campaign status and ensure all team members are tracking on deadlines.

  • Lead internal meetings covering project status updates and strategic brainstorming with trends and insights across social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, & YouTube to inform and optimize all client work.

  • Ensure campaign management meets client requests/guidelines and follows agency process while continuously optimizing workstreams with data and feedback from current and historical projects to protect agency’s reputation.

The salary range for this position is $75-85K. At this time, we are only able to accept applicants residing within the United States with a strong preference for candidates in the DC, Maryland and Virginia region.

This is a remote position and will require self-discipline and organization to be successful communicating across all touchpoints of the campaign process.
