In the last six years, Anchor Media has grown from a local social marketing agency to a team building world class social & marketing strategies, curating events & designing and managing influencer programs for our clients. We are trusted advisors to incredible global brand partners and are currently looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to support some very major (and fun) clients in the technology industry.
We’re now looking for someone to take on the role of INFLUENCER MARKETING manager – A DIGITAL DWELLER with the experience, expertise and creative spark to keep us ahead of the curve.
The right person for the job will ideally be based in NYC or DC (although since this is a remote position this is by no means a requirement) and will be data-driven with an exhaustive knowledge of established and up-and-coming influencers, social platforms + engagement ideas we should be all over. While they need to have the creative vision for campaign designs, they also need to be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and handling the day to day management of influencer programs. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
Passion for and knowledge of the fast-moving world of social and influencer marketing: you live and breathe social media
Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in PR or social media influencer strategy; experience in driving talent partnerships a must
Strong project management, counseling, programming, people management and business development skills
Strong consumer-driven relationship building history with demonstrated success in securing effective influencers for large scale campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for compelling, shareable content
A cheerful, enthusiastic work ethic & calm under pressure
Be very comfortable and efficient working remotely
Thought-leader for clients and agency; strategist who can act as trusted adviser for multiple clients and translate client objectives into successful programs
Craft full scale influencer campaigns from beginning to end
Continuously research, pitch and secure talent for brand partnerships and activations
Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time
Develop and manage projects, including strategies, program implementation, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, timelines and budgets
Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure
Manage junior staff to ensure that work is delegated to the appropriate personnel within the team structure
Provide proactive leadership and education on influencer marketing to accounts, staff and clients
Lead growth of existing accounts and work with team to develop and direct new business program development
